We requested the Management the necessity and
importance of empowering the Empowered Agents. We request you to consider the
following suggestions and implement the same:
1.
To
display the date of birth, nature of age proof and name of nominee in the
status.
2.
To
generate Status Report similar to Branch Office Status Report.
3.
To
effect change of address.
4.
To
effect Change of Nomination.
5.
To
facilitate issue of Consolidated Premium Paid Certificate for Income Tax
purposes.
6.
To
remit premia collected within 48 hours excluding holidays.
7.
To
issue loan quotation and second loan quotation after deducting the previous
loan.
8.
To
display loan interest for previous and current loans.
9.
To
accept loan interest and loan repayment.
10.
To
accept COC Premia.
11.
To
accept Cash or DD for Cheque Dishonoured Cases.
12.
To permit S.R. Amount up to Rs. 10/-
13.
To provide functioning of Claims Enquiry
Window.
14.
To
provide Loan Status Window
L.I.C. is spending Crores of Rupees on Satellite
Offices whose functions at present are mostly similar to Empowered Agents. In
fact these offices are nothing but Collection Points. Mini Offices are being
run at huge expenditure by LIC without much benefit to the Agent. We hope you
will take special interest in implementing the points raised by us.

As requested by you, I am sending herewith few points for your reference and to discuss in Meeting to be held on 4th Dec.2015
at Central Office LIC of India, Mumbai.
Dear SIRs,
We are sending the following points to be discuss with LIC Officials on 4th Dec. 2015 at
Central Office @ Mumbai, regarding CLIAs.
1.CLIA CORNER AT ALL BRANCHES WITH SUFFICIENT SPACE to provided.
2.ALL CLIAs TO BE PAID AT PAR WITH Dev. Officers.
3.Office Allowance for CLIAs . to be paid.
4. Food coupons also to be given to all CLIAs.
5. Every month Status of CLIAs team performance to be given to all CLIAs.
6.Payment for Premium point receipt amount to be increased to minimum of Rs.25/-per receipt.
7. Separate computer for CLIAs in all branches must provided.
8. Basic condition of minimum Sup. Agents norms to be relaxed,
9. Allowances for CLIA;s to be modified in training and mentarship, activation and other allowances
10. Yearly premium and activation of agents in force to be standardized escalation rules
11. To be provide fuel allowance for quarterly basis
12. Concession for the club membership target from Sup. Agents Business.
